Job summary

Silver Star Brands in Oshkosh, WI, is hiring a part-time Fulfillment Team Member for 1st shift (6 or 8 am starts). Duties include picking, packing, and check packing in a fast-paced warehouse, with cross-training possibilities for various support tasks.

Ideal candidates read and follow instructions, have a high school diploma or GED, and can stand long hours, lift 5–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Morning or evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• Read and follow instructions accurately.
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Good communication, problem solving and basic computer skills.
• Availability for morning or afternoon/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Picking: select and pack items quickly into totes.
• Check / Packing: verify items match customer orders before shipping.
• Support functions: assist in packing, bagging and packaging as needed.
• Seasonal cross-training: may learn orders, material handling and truck loading.
