Job summary

Lowe's Mount Vernon store is hiring for a warehouse/fulfillment role. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately, while maintaining safety and organization in the staging areas.

You will use retail tech and the Orders App, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues. Certification for forklifts and related equipment is required, with benefits and career growth through Lowe's programs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items and validating orders.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety concerns.
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
