Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist at our Richmond, VA branch. You will manage deliveries, replenishments of vending equipment, and on-site service for customer locations. This role supports the branch with inventory tasks and daily customer interactions.

The position requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Physical work includes lifting up to 75 lbs and working a local route.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated, customer-service oriented.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs, may weigh up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen where required.

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
