Job summary

K&L Wine Merchants is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Center Operations Associate in San Carlos, CA. The role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory handling, and keeping the fulfillment area organized for peak seasonal demand.

You will use a proprietary app (TCB) and coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the facility.

Qualifications

• Can learn new systems quickly; familiarity with Office 365 a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill web orders via pick/processing, consolidate, and stow inbound will-call orders and deliveries.
• Prepare outbound pallets, stow inbound inventory, locate inventory and orders, and assemble shipping materials.
• Use the TCB app to locate bins and process orders accurately.
• Resolve CSM requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory prep and maintain safety and cleanliness as directed.
