We are dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and support recovery. Our outpatient clinics are located across several states, serving over 26,500 patients.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting with daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a positive experience for patients.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical staff for patient intake processes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Manage patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration experience preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel

Expected hours are 25-30 hours per week, with specific schedule as follows:

  • Tuesday 1pm-6pm in Reading
  • Wednesday 3pm-6:30pm in Reading
  • Thursday 7am-1pm in Reading
  • Saturday 8am-2pm in Reading
  • Up to 15 hours of remote administrative work may also be available.
