Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Front End Specialist in Lynchburg, VA to assist customers and maintain the store appearance, with emphasis on front-end operations. You will handle cash register duties, greet customers, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

This role requires a positive attitude, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a team-oriented mindset. Starting pay ranges from $13.02 to $14.02 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know promotions and ads to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
