• Maintain neat, clean front-end area and wear Food Lion uniform with name badge.
• Follow cash handling, refunds, and override procedures.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Report issues to supervisor and ensure MVP Kiosk is stocked.
