Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Lobby Security) in Newington, NH. You will be the welcoming first point of contact, manage access control, and support visitor coordination at a utilities location.

Responsibilities include greeting employees and visitors, recording activity, and relaying information to site personnel. A background check and drug screening may apply; a high school diploma is required. Schedule includes daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• License requirements vary by state/locality and may be required prior to employment.
• A state/county/city security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide a professional first point of contact for visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at a utilities location, delivering courteous customer service and following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Receive incoming calls, coordinate communications, and relay routine and emergency information to appropriate personnel in accordance with site protocols.
• Observe front desk activity and adjacent entry areas, identify unusual or unauthorized activity, and report concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and maintaining accurate incident documentation.
