Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by greeting individuals, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests.
• Monitor access points, observe lobby activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, coordinating with facility staff and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other records while providing professional telephone and communication support.
