Allied Universal, a leading security provider, seeks a Part Time Security Officer at a Spring Valley, NY location. Front desk duties include greeting visitors, verifying IDs, registering guests, and managing access in a professional manner.

You’ll monitor entry activity, maintain logs, and respond to security concerns using established procedures while delivering excellent customer service to employees and contractors.

Competenze

• New York State Security Guard License required.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Background check and drug screen will apply.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identifications, and directing guests per site policies.
• Monitor access to the location, maintain visitor logs, and issue temporary credentials when authorized.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine information to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Keep written and electronic records of visitor activity and incidents; report concerns to leadership and site contacts.
