Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Visitor Check In in Oklahoma City, OK to greet visitors, monitor access, and support security procedures at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

The role offers weekly pay and a pay rate of $14.50 per hour, with flexible scheduling using the Claim a Shift platform. Minimum requirements include 18+ years of age (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, and background checks as required by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Welcome and screen visitors, confirm appointments or access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate offices or departments.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, escalating unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident records while providing professional communication in a technology, media, and telecommunications workplace.
