Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider in North America, seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk with DoD clearance in San Diego, CA. The role offers flexible hours with anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $24.61 per hour. Requirements include an active DoD Secret Clearance, 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, and successful background and drug screening.

Formación

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk at an aerospace and defense location, greet visitors professionally, verify identification and authorization, and manage visitor sign-in and badge issuance processes.
• Monitor access to the facility and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment.
