As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, verify credentials, monitor access, respond to alarms, and maintain accurate visitor records in a professional front desk environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage access at a front desk location.
• Verify visitor credentials and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Support a professional reception environment by answering phones and guiding visitors.
• Document incidents and visitor activity accurately and promptly.
