Qualifications

• State/city license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.

• Valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, tenants, vendors, and staff at the front desk while following site security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify access, maintain visitor records, and direct guests per property guidelines.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, alarms, and access-control systems; report issues to personnel.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
