Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Security Coordinator in Camden, NJ. This part-time role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to claim additional shifts, delivering reliable hours and income potential.

The position supports front desk operations, visitor management, and basic security procedures at a food and beverage site. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour, with a schedule that includes Tue/Wed/Thu 2:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a food and beverage location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors, receiving deliveries, answering phones, and communicating security-related information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
