Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist in Indianapolis (Fishers), IN. You will engage with clients to enhance satisfaction, manage front desk tasks, and support medical staff with treatment-room upkeep. Help the clinic meet monthly sales goals while delivering a welcoming experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work a schedule including weekends/evenings. Prior admin or sales exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth.
• Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection and ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
• Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey to encourage ongoing engagement and loyalty.
• Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather feedback through reviews.
• Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain client records.
• Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms.
