Massage Envy Kerry Forest in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing friendly, organized service and promoting the Massage Envy Wellness Program.

The role offers $15 per hour base pay with commissions, totaling $15–$18 per hour, plus benefits like dental and vision, an employee referral program, and a flexible schedule. Training is provided to support growth in Total Body Care.

Qualifications

• Available weekday mornings and/or weekends (required)
• Have previous retail, front desk or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services and enhancements, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach

Massage Envy Kerry Forest, at 2887 Kerry Forest Parkway in northeast Tallahassee, is looking for a friendly, organized part-time front desk associate with weekday morning and/or weekend availability. You'll be the first person our members and guests meet. Earn $15 per hour base pay plus commissions on memberships and service enhancements, with expected total pay of $15–$18 per hour.
