Job summary

StoryPoint Granville is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet residents and visitors at 1500 Weaver Dr, Granville, OH. This part-time role offers a Friday 8am-6pm schedule, alternating Sundays 1-6pm, and rotating holidays, with pay of $15 per hour. You will answer phones, assist with check-ins, and support the Leasing Team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and strong Microsoft Office skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy residential setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1–3 years related experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answering routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide 1440 experience to our senior residents!
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer all prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver all mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Knowledge of resident apartments, in-house facilities and local information.
• Reserve the private dining area for residents and guests.
• Collect work orders and information for the maintenance director.
• Know emergency call system and emergency procedure (fire, medical, and police).
• Perform all accountabilities in a timely and efficient manner following company policies and procedure.
• Work independently in a professional atmosphere.
• Dress in a professional manner and wear name tag.
