You will answer calls, direct visitors, manage mail, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth front-desk operation while upholding our high standards of care and safety. Training provided; opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiline telephone and paging system and route calls.
• Greets and directs all visitors to the facility and sign-in.
• Provide office/clerical support to facility teams.
• Answer inquiries regarding job openings and distribute applications.
• Maintain and organize lobby area and mail distribution.
• Assist with departmental meetings and special requests from guests.
