Job summary

Landmark Ford in Tigard, OR is seeking a part-time outgoing front desk receptionist to answer busy dealership phones and warmly greet prospects and customers. The schedule includes Monday 3 PM–10 PM and the last Sunday of every month 10 AM–6 PM, with on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Qualified applicants will have excellent listening and communication skills, a professional appearance, punctuality, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Work cooperatively with all internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
• Meter mail and ensure delivery to postal service nightly
• Other duties as assigned
