St. Andrew's Parish Parks and Playground Commission is seeking a part-time front desk associate at St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus in Charleston, SC.

You will warmly welcome members, handle inquiries, process memberships and payments, and share program information for fitness, aquatics, and recreation offerings. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential, along with dependability and a professional demeanor.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, customer service and computer skills.
• Dependability, professionalism and ability to work well with others.
• Previous customer service, retail, cashier or administrative experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Mansioni

• Welcome members and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phone calls and assist with member questions and concerns.
• Process memberships, payments, and membership inquiries.
• Share information about fitness classes, aquatics, and recreation programs.
• Maintain an organized reception area and protect confidential member information.
