Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification required. If not certified, must become certified.
• Some customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all who enter the Mundelein Community Center in a positive manner.
• Assist guests with online account navigation.
• Process program registrations and transactions accurately.
• Monitor and respond to incoming messages.
• Update and stay current with MPRD news and events.
