Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator for Fri/Sat/Sun and an on-site Arcadia, Phoenix area location. You will greet patients, check them in, and manage scheduling, while driving a positive first impression.

Ideal candidates have customer service and sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations. Starting pay is hourly with bonus, plus 401K and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.

Schedule: Friday: 9:30am - 7pm, Saturday, Sunday: 9:30am - 5pm (Schedule subject to change based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work multiple locations)
