The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Caldwell, ID to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting. You will check in patients, manage scheduling, and confidently present wellness plans while supporting clinic growth.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between clinics are needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel between the six treasure valley clicnis.

Schedule

This role requires availability Monday - Friday, 9:45 am - 7 pm. Must be available 1 day on the weekend, Saturday 9:45 am-4 pm or Sunday 8:45 am-3 pm. This role will be a temporary part-time 25-29 hours per week. It will turn into full-time 30-37 hours per week.
