Job summary

Avir Vista is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our community that values residents and staff. The receptionist will greet and assist residents, families and guests, and provide information and directions at the front desk in a courteous, professional manner.

Walk-ins are welcome daily. Prior office experience and computer/MS Office familiarity are preferred to support efficient front desk operations for our nursing home environment.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to type, use the computer and use Microsoft products preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide direction to residents, families, visitors, vendors, and other guests of the facility in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain front desk operations and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
