Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and answer phones; relay calls to proper departments.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs and visitor records.
• Assist with clerical tasks and supply orders.
• Monitor security systems and incident reporting as needed.
• Coordinate mail and deliveries; support daily administrative duties.
