Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for its Cove team in Marina Del Rey, CA. The role requires delivering friendly, 5-star customer service at the lobby and reception, including greeting residents, handling parcels, and addressing inquiries.

This position offers Friday–Monday shifts (6:00 am–2:30 pm) with hourly pay of $20.00–$23.00. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and a polished, professional appearance for a luxury HOA

Qualifications

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred.
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
Strong judgment and solutions-oriented.
Proactive customer service approach.

Responsibilities

Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.
Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.
Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
Provide concierge services.
Complete Daily Activity Report
Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels.
Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.
