Job summary

Action Property Management in Dallas is seeking a Weekend Front Desk Concierge to deliver top-tier resident service. You will maintain the front desk, lobby, and elevators, manage access, and assist residents with parcels and inquiries.

Hours are Saturday-Sunday, 3 pm–11 pm. We value hospitality, a polished appearance, a positive attitude, and teamwork, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth within a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality or luxury settings preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Positive, proactive team player with strong judgment.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Hospitality management students or recent graduates highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Represent Action Property Management by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service to residents.
• Maintain the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators appearance.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
• Provide concierge services and handle parcels.
• Complete Daily Activity Report and answer incoming calls.
• Address resident and guest concerns and demonstrate knowledge of governing documents.

The schedule for this position is Saturday-Sunday; 3 pm - 11 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
• Provide concierge services
• Complete Daily Activity Report
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels
• Address resident and guest concerns and questions
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documents

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
• Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude
• Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
• Proactive customer service approach
