Job summary

The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission is seeking outgoing, dependable staff for part-time front desk positions. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting park visitors, receiving and routing calls, and processing fees with accurate cash handling.

Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be reliable, and able to work nights and weekends. The ideal candidate is 16 years or older and comfortable using basic computer software.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable and able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old on first day of employment.
• Effective computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist park visitors at the front desk.
• Receive and route incoming calls in a courteous manner.
• Collect and receipting fees and perform cash journal reporting.
