Job summary

The Lash Lounge Harvey - Fountain Park is seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive membership and retail sales, and manage appointment bookings. You will greet guests, support a welcoming salon environment, and contribute to daily operations, including inventory tasks.

HOURS:

• Tuesday - Friday 2:30pm to 6:30pm
• Saturday 2:30pm to 5:00pm
• Monday 9am to 6pm
• Sunday OFF

We do give 2 days off for the week. Second off day negotiable. We are hiring specifically for a Monday.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
