- Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provide driving and walking directions to guests for local destinations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, including directions, outlet hours, hotel services, events, and local attractions.
- Assist team members and other departments as necessary to foster positive working relationships.
- Provide or obtain accurate information for guests.
- Handle guest complaints confidently and professionally.
