  • Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provide driving and walking directions to guests for local destinations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, including directions, outlet hours, hotel services, events, and local attractions.
  • Assist team members and other departments as necessary to foster positive working relationships.
  • Provide or obtain accurate information for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints confidently and professionally.
