Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, professional guest service at our Minnesota properties. This role centers on effective communication, empathy, and timely problem-solving to ensure memorable stays.

Shifts typically run 3pm–11pm with weekend availability required. We offer a supportive team environment across 40+ hotels and restaurants, with opportunities for advancement and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and empathy in guest interactions.
• Available to work weekends and during the 3pm-11pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests promptly with a courteous and helpful attitude.

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $16 USD to $18 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
