Qualifications

• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, scheduling and time management skills expected.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries.
• Process customer orders and take payment.
• Print labels for sold items for pickup preparation.
• Review scheduled pickups and coordinate with warehouse to prepare orders.
• Answer phones and manage basic customer inquiries.
• Manage external and internal email inboxes.
