Job summary

Furniture Enterprises of Alaska, INC. is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Clerical Staff member for a part-time role in Anchorage, AK. You will greet customers, process orders, and coordinate pick-ups with the warehouse, working three 8-hour shifts weekly (Mon-Wed).

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organization, scheduling and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival.
• Process customer orders and take payment.
• Print labels for sold items to prep for pick-up.
• Review scheduled pick-ups and coordinate with warehouse.
• Answer phones and assist with basic customer inquiries.
• Manage external and internal email inboxes.
• Light housekeeping of customer load-out area.
• Other duties as assigned.
