Job summary

SpartanNash, the Family Fare division, is seeking a part-time Fresh Cut Produce associate in Michigan to maintain and prepare merchandise to store standards and support the guest experience on the floor.

In this role you will cut and display fruits and vegetables, ensure quality, follow safety guidelines, and work independently with good time management.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule within our retail stores and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain display and quality control.
• Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Follow guest experience guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
