Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain and operate the Fresh Cut Produce department, trimming and preparing merchandise in alignment with store standards. You will help ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction on a daily basis in a busy retail environment.

The role requires basic math, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently with strong time management. Prior retail experience is a plus and travel is not typically required.

Qualifications

• Some Retail experience a plus.
• Some Computer Skills.
• Basic mathematic skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain display and quality control.
• Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
