JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support for the preparation and logistics of in-person programming.
  • Assist in the technical development of education through online platforms, including Canvas and Kaltura (updating Canvas, recording modules, video editing, troubleshooting with students/leadership).
  • Support data input such as participation tracking, student responses, and program assessment.
  • Develop marketing strategies for educational programming, including collecting images from events for promotion.
  • Assist in developing educational programs and curricula aligned with the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life's strategic priorities.
  • Support daily operations in the Office by answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling room reservations, coordinating events and catering, and monitoring Standards of Excellence program submissions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on the assistant's interests and experience.
Terms of Employment:
  • Fall 2024 semester (August 26 - December 20)
  • Spring 2025 semester (January 13 - May 9)
  • 10-20 hours per week
