Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Appleton, WI seeks a Store Associate to build customer relationships by helping customers find framing solutions and guiding them through the shopping experience.

You will maintain a safe, clean, and well merchandised store environment and support omni-channel processes. Responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, processing transactions at the cash register, completing framing orders with quality and timeliness, stocking and replenishing

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products/services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standard.
• Support Omni channel processes and duties as assigned.
