Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Dock Worker in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves loading and unloading freight at the dock, ensuring safety and efficiency, and maximizing space on every load.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to pass a drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload freight in a productive, safe and claims-free manner.
• Maximize space when loading freight.
• Complete pre and post trip inspections on all dock equipment.
• Document all freight control processes.
• Participate in Dayton Freight’s training and improvement programs.
• Be available for irregular work schedules, alternating shifts and/or assignments.
• Adhere to the Dayton Freight Driver/Dockworker Manual.
