Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology; APA-accredited internship required.
• Knowledge/experience developing behavioral plans or behavioral treatment plans.
• Licensure as a psychologist in Virginia preferred (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Assess individuals’ psychological stability and needs.
• Lead formulation of meaningful treatment plans and supervise interventions.
• Provide group and individual therapies.
• Develop and supervise behavioral interventions.
• Conduct/interpret psychological testing and write reports.
• Perform/issue forensic mental health evaluations for courts.
• Provide psychology consultation and education to staff.
• Participate in program development and staff training.
