Job summary

Unidine is hiring a part-time Food Service Worker in Morristown, NJ to prepare, present and serve food as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends. Prior food service and cooking experience is required; training is provided as needed.

You'll work with a dedicated team in a hospitality setting, adhering to safety and sanitation standards and delivering friendly, efficient customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior food service and cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weights and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards for proper quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety and inventory procedures.
