Multiple openings/shifts available including weekday, weekend, day and evening hours at Cafe Metro.# Job Duties* Serve and Prepare Food Items at various food stations as Directed.* Basic Grilling & Deep Frying.* Preparing Deli and Salad Items.* Follow simple recipes and job aides and be knowledgeable about menus and recipe ingredients.* Maintain quality, freshness and cleanliness of food station. Check products to ensure they meet established standards of appearance, quality and portion size. Replace all products that do not meet standards.* Operate equipment including grills, fryers, microwave/convection/combi ovens, pizza and toaster ovens, dough press, panini machine, steam tables, slicer, chopper, etc.* Clean floors, by sweeping, wet and dry mopping, or vacuuming as instructed.
