Northwest Passage is seeking a Part-Time Foodservice staff member in Webster, WI. The role supports the health and wellness of youth by preparing nutritious meals in a safe, sanitary kitchen, following approved menus and maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, school nutrition services, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe handling practices.
• Experience preparing nutritious meals that meet standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with menus, dietary requirements, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment in line with policies and regulations.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and sanitation practices.
• Deliver meals and supplies to campus locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain accurate food service records and documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with food service team, residential staff, clinicians, managers, and residents to support a positive campus environment.
• Interact with residents in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner.
• Participate in department meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
