Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a part-time Food Service Worker at Allendale County Hospital, 1787 Allendale Fairfax Highway, Fairfax, SC 28927. Schedule is part-time with days and hours varying; rotating weekends required. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Uniforms are supplied, free parking is available, and there are growth opportunities with no late nights. Essential duties include food prep, cooking, safe handling, portion control, serving

• No prior experience is required; willing to train.

• Prepares, serves and presents food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Cares for food transportation to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating, and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils; distributes supplies and equipment.
• Adheres to recipes, portion controls and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves concerns.
• Ensures sanitation, safety and inventory procedures are followed.
