Morrison Living in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring immediately for a FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME). You will prepare, present and serve meals in a caring team environment at The Living Center. Shifts may vary, with weekend potential and on-site work at the Living Center location.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Part-time schedule with varied shifts.
• Restaurant or food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
