Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Crew Member for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Fergus Falls, MN. You will provide friendly customer service, handle cashier duties, and help keep the store clean and organized.

The role typically runs about 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus; MS Office and basic math skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
• Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment such as cash register and time/records systems.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Perform cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy customer access.
• Maintain store appearance through cleaning and restocking shelves.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory.
• Monitor customers to prevent loss and support promotions.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
