Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Vocational/technical training in cooking, baking, culinary arts or related field preferred.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals following the approved menu for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and special diets.
• Serves prepared food with correct portion control and records meals served.
• Sanitizes and cleans surfaces, equipment, and storerooms per policy.
• Maintains inventory, verifies deliveries, stores products properly, and documents temps.
• Supervises interns and volunteers and coordinates training.
• Performs other related duties as required.
