Responsibilities

• Performs cashiering duties and sales transactions.
• Preps fruits and vegetables, weighs and measures ingredients.
• Stores foods with proper dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils to maintain sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Uses approved recipes to ensure correct portions and temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints.
• Relays information to supervisor.
• Enters sales into the cash register and handles payments.
• Issues receipts and processes refunds.
• Maintains cash drawer accuracy and manages change funds.
• Replenishes condiments and general supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
