• Reads safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Carry trays to patients.
• Clean tables and dining area after meals.
• Clean kitchen equipment and wash dishes.
• Record temperatures and follow infection control policies.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication.
