Job summary

Ahern Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas is seeking experienced Food Servers for part-time roles. You will take orders, deliver meals, maintain tables, and ensure guest satisfaction while handling payments at the POS.

The position requires knowledge of wine and beverages, adherence to health and sanitation standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Nevada health and TAM cards are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food and beverage experience in a high-paced environment.
• Knowledge of serving beverages, including wine and champagne by the glass.
• Familiar with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Able to operate a POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Must possess or obtain Nevada Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver customer orders and finalize checks.
• Maintain tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with side work and general cleaning of stations.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to address guest needs.
